ReplyDeleteI'm not a big fan of MP3 players nowadays since I find that their sound quality is absolutely horrible, and I totally can't stand them.
If you are looking at Apple I'm guessing that the price won't be too much of a difference between Malaysia and the UK (just a guess), but any other brand, Malaysia is probably cheaper.
If you are looking at Creative, Singapore has the absolute cheapest price (they are from Singapore).
Sony markets one of their mp3 player as audiophile quality, but I am sceptical of it, but they are worth having a look.
Meizu is really big in Australia right now, but I've not checked out their stuff.
But like I said, I don't really care about MP3 players so I can't comment. If you had the money though, consider getting a Nokia N95 which would include an mp3 player, a 5megapixel camera with carl zeiss lens (the same lens as your pink sony camera), a phone, a web browser, a GPS device. Almost everything you would want to carry around with you. And it supports all the latest 3G stuff as well. But it costs about RM2800-RM3000 I think, so...
Anyways, that's my quick opinion. Gotta get back to doing my work :)
